Our default delivery method for UK Orders is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.  83% of our customers receive there order the next working day.

For shipping orders abroad we use Royal Mail International Signed For.  We also sometimes use Royal Mail Airsure but this is only available in some countries.

The cost for intenational deliveries is just £3.99

 

 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

Your order is shipped from Sunny Bournemouth which is on the South Coast of the UK.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

83% of UK customers can expect to recieve there order the next "working day" providing that the order was placed before 3pm Mon - Fri.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

International Customers can expect to recieve there orders in around 3 "working days" depending on there world location - the further away, the longer it takes.  You will never usually have to wait longer that 10 working days for a international order to arrive.

**We have to point out that as per Royal Mails guidelines we cannot report an item as lost until after 15 "Working Days" - in the unlikely event of this happening, we will dispatch replacements after this time has elapsed.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? - WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS A FAULT?

All products hold a strict 90 day warranty with a 7 day cooling off period to be returned unused in original condition. If faulty or general goods are returned they must be returned in original packaging otherwise a 10% fee will be taken off the full refund.

We reserve the right to refund you in full or swap your product for something of equal or more value of which we will contact you first to confirm this is o.k with you.

We will not accept returns on products which have been damaged through negligence.  Please make sure you are skilled enough to deal with the products we sell before attempting to use them.

Please note: As per long distance selling legislation you are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us.
