Our default delivery method for UK Orders is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.  83% of our customers receive there order the next working day.

For shipping orders abroad we use Royal Mail International Signed For.  We also sometimes use Royal Mail Airsure but this is only available in some countries.

The cost for intenational deliveries is just £3.99

 

 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

Your order is shipped from Sunny Bournemouth which is on the South Coast of the UK.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

83% of UK customers can expect to recieve there order the next "working day" providing that the order was placed before 3pm Mon - Fri.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

International Customers can expect to recieve there orders in around 3 "working days" depending on there world location - the further away, the longer it takes.  You will never usually have to wait longer that 10 working days for a international order to arrive.

**We have to point out that as per Royal Mails guidelines we cannot report an item as lost until after 15 "Working Days" - in the unlikely event of this happening, we will dispatch replacements after this time has elapsed.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? - WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS A FAULT?

FAULTY RETURNS

3.1 You may return a faulty item any time up to the end of the 90th working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. Once we have received the item and established a defect, a full refund, replacement or exchange for an alternative item of the same value or greater will be offered. If the 'exchange' item is of a greater value than the returned item, any difference must be paid to us before that item is shipped.

3.2 If the returned item is not found to have a fault, the item will be returned to you at your own cost. A payment must then be made to us to cover the cost of the postage before the item is returned to you.

GENERAL NON FAULTY RETURNS

3.3 An item may be returned to us for a refund any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. Returned items will be subject to a 10% handling charge plus postage and transaction costs. The balancing payment due to you will be made within 30 days of us receiving the returned item PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and their original packaging is undamaged. If you do not return the goods that were delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

3.4 We DO NOT operate a try before you buy service - we WILL NOT accept any returns or give refunds for products that have been opened and used.  Any item you wish to return up to the end of the seventh working day MUST be in its original condition that we sent it to you in.

3.5 As per long distance selling legislation - you are responsible for the cost of returning any goods back to us.
